Mr. Wilkins and other defendants misappropriated more than $5.2 million of pool participants’ funds and issued false statements to pool participants that showed profits in their accounts. The misappropriated funds were spread between the defendants to live a luxurious lifestyle. The court ordered that AGP pay $10,969,843 in disgorgement and Mr. Wilkins was ordered to pay disgorgement of $1,214,902.
